So I want to talk about this topic because I think it's misunderstood. It's not talked about.
Nobody really cares about it. There's a lot of tortured people though, chronically suffering
because they bang their head. You bang your head on something sharp, something that has a point to
it, right? The injury happens and it's the frontal lobe area, right? You bang your head here. It's a
sharp object. First thing that happens here is you don't have to bang your head that hard to get this
type of injury. But when you get this type of injury, it's a pinpoint injury. Now, I don't like
those. You can get a hematoma from those. You can get problems with those. But what happens here is
if you don't ice this fast, this can become a problem. This can turn into a shit storm for so
many different people. So with this kind of bump on your head, you'll get an egg. That egg will
start to occur. That's the body's defense mechanism right there where the body's like,
the body's actually reacting to actually protect your brain. It's like a sealant, the potential
fracture or hole in your skull. It's critical to get ice on that spot quick. You don't want to ice
your whole head around the spot. If you hit your head here on this side, say your right side on
that spot there, you want to ice the front right here, okay? And you want to pinpoint the ice right
on top of it and you want to do that for whatever five ten minutes you can back off the ice you can
put it back on three four minutes right directly on here could be a cloth wrapped around the ice
could be just a cloth and then you back it off what you're doing here is you're applying cold
super cold for moments and then backing off the cold when you back off the cold you give your
body a chance to recalibrate and heal
